Breaking: Norway Bombing followed by Youth Center Shooting

Several news sources are reporting that after the blast that shook downtown Oslo there was apparently a shooting at a youth center. It appears that the two may be related.

Unconfirmed reports said a man dressed as a police officer had opened fire indiscriminately.

No-one group has said it carried out the attacks.
