Democrat Representative Alcee Hastings is under investigation by the Office of Congressional Ethics for accusations he sexually harassed a former female staff member between 2008 and 2010. Not good news for House Democrats with all the attention surrounding Anthony Weiner's sexual mishaps this past month.
This shocking development was spurred by a Judicial Watch lawsuit against the Florida Representative on behalf of Winsome Packer, who is alleging she was discriminated by the ten-term Representative, and that it resulted in "emotional distress." She is also suing the Helsinki Commission for similiar reasons.
Mr. Hastings is not currently under investigation by his fellow House members, but if the OCE recommends such action - committee Republicans will pounce on the opportunity to once again force this corrupt Democrat out of federal office.
