Bolton for President?

John Bolton for President?

No, I am not kidding at all.

There is continued buzz within Conservative networks that the former U.N. Ambassador might throw all political caution to the wind, and jump into the 2012 Republican nomination battle. His campaign platform would revolve around foreign policy and he would be the first U.N. Ambassador to run for President since George H.W. Bush, which bodes well for Mr. Bolton.

Bolton would not play to the opinion polls, and talk about withdrawing troops from Afghanistan, like many of the Republican Party's announced candidates, but he would stand strong and talk about why we will win the war for the good of America, regardless of how long it will take, or how much it will cost.

His campaign would be hard hitting and tough; not for the weak of heart, or mind.

Should the former U.N. Ambassador run for President?

I absolutely believe so. His campaign would bring focus to foreign policy issues that have shamelessly been ignored since the race started and represent a home for wandering hawks who currently have no real home in the 2012 field. And we could always use his awesome moustache in the race.

John Bolton for President? Why not!

What say you?
