President Obama announced this morning via web video that he's running for a second term in the White House.
Who really cares?
We already knew that President Obama was going to run for his second term, even though he seems to resent winning the last election. However, it is odd that he has announced his "last campaign" so early in the 2012 cycle - when his main Republican opposition is still on the sidelines.
Thankfully, the first Republican Primary is almost ten months away, and the big Republican names are still on the sidelines, because we need to focus on winning the budget battles and winning the War on Libya - not another nonstop two year long Presidential campaign that will drive voters absolutely crazy.
