The State of America's Contract of Alliance.

America is a nation that highly values the "Contract of Alliance" between us and our friends in war and in peacetime. Take Great Britain for example - the Brits supported us in Afghanistan, and Iraq - while we supported them in the Falkland Islands War that raged in the 1980's. That's how real friends are supposed to act.

However, our current President is completely disregarding our Contract with allies in Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. The populist rage that has engulfed the Arab World since last month is exhibit one, because all the rage is targeting governments that are favorable to us.

President Obama stood on the sidelines while Ben Ali was kicked out of Tunisia.

President Obama stood on the sidelines when Mubarak was thrown out in Egypt.

President Obama is standing on the sidelines while Bahrain and Yemen crumble.

There is no justification for these dishonorable acts!

Some might accuse the United States of blatant hypocrisy when we support dictatorships over the people in the streets, but the real hypocrisy is when we thank our allies for their support in fighting the Islamists, and the Jihadists by standing against them when they need us to return the favor the most.

President Obama hasn't healed our relationships with friend and foe alike; he has betrayed the important former, and coddled the dangerous latter.

Any thoughts?
