Huckabee Leads in IA Polling

Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee is reportedly leading in early polling of the GOP field in Iowa. The polling is according to a Republican pollster, Neighborhood Research. Huckabee won the 2008 caucuses with 34% of the vote as compared to 25% for Mitt Romney.

Huckabee: 24%
Romney: 19%

Palin: 11%
Gingrich: 9%

So how does this change the 2012 landscape? Huckabee was the favorite in Iowa, at least if you take 2008 in perspective. Of course, Palin's numbers appear weaker than would be expected.
