A tight election between Incumbent Democrat Jim Matheson and Republican Morgan Philpot has come down to the wire this election. According to the polls, Matheson has held a solid lead over Philpot right up until now. According to Real Clear Politics, Matheson is leading Philpot by 16 points in the polls.
