Allen West (R) has defeated Democratic Congressman Ron Klein of Florida's 22nd congressional district. Though 100% of precincts have not reported their tallies yet, Allen West has amassed a large enough margin to reach the House of Representatives in his second bid for the seat, and to become the second African-American Republican elected this evening.
With 42% of Precincts reporting:
Allen West (R) - 55.2%.
Ron Klein* (D) - 44.8%.
