Alan Grayson On Track to Lose

Democrat Alan Grayson, best known for bringing shame to himself and the United States Congress, has lost to Republican challenger Daniel Webster.  Long regarded by many to be on the fringe, and by a few to be literally insane, Grayson believed that he was up big until the very end.  He was wrong.

Unpopular already, Grayson dug his political grave with gaffe after gaffe this election season.  The most known was his fraudulent campaign ad that lied about his opponent, and was widely panned by both Republicans and Democrats.  From that point forward, Grayson was reviled by many of his constituents and, even more importantly, lost many Independents' support.

The votes with 6% of Precincts Reporting:

Webster: 62.8%
Grayson: 29.7%

Other gaffes include Grayson stating that Americans may start eating one another if the government didn't spend more, that his campaign headquarters is like "ground zero at Hiroshima," and that President Bush knew about 9/11 before it happened.  He also called out Glenn Beck on Facebook over the weekend:

I think almost everyone, Republicans and Democrats alike, can agree that the United States is much, much better off without Alan Grayson in power.
