Disturbing Woolwich Attack Photo 5/22/2013

UPDATE: Possibly identified.

ITV News was apparently able to capture a photograph of the meat cleaver used in the attack on a plain clothed soldier earlier today in Woolwich, located in Eastern London:

It is rather disturbing.
